Michel is simply Michel. Born and raised in the Haarlem area, he loves being practical and he loves people. But behind this modesty there is a driven professional who can easely switch at various levels and he knows when to step on the gas but can also let it go. With his intuition, experience, knowledge and openness, he has been able to support many people and teams and bring them back to their right to exist. To grow from there and make an impact.

For almost 20 years, Rachelle has had no choice but to follow her mission. She is a driven professional who has initiated and guided many transitions and innovations in organisations and people on the basis of creative power and inspiration. She writes about this in two of her books; Kleur Bekennen and Boek van Vernieuwing.

Unfortunately, Rachelle started playing tennis too late, otherwise she would have become world-class. In Maarssen and the surrounding area.... Besides tennis, Rachelle loves yoga, going into town, hiking and short breaks to beautiful cities. She is always looking for balance between entrepreneurship and private activities, but she is getting better at it every day. Do you know the saying 'letting the cat out of the tree?' That suits Gwen. But, once you know and recognise her, there is no one more spontaneous and humorous than Gwen. Seasoned in the world of recruitment and coaching, she sees through everything. She has several successful ventures to her name and knows how to make organisations and people fly again.

Gwen is into yoga. Not just since it became trendy, but she was an avid practitioner years before that. She is proud of her family and there is no one with such a big group of friends as Gwen. She is the author of the Boek van Vernieuwing and has fully experienced all seven keys in it. She also loves to pass this on to people. Creating space to be able to grow, from your unique creative power.

Sandra, born and raised in Amsterdam, lost her heart to Andalusia, marketing and books. She has been active for over twenty years as a publisher of books on personal development, leadership, management and society. With a lot of (life) experience, her common thread is discovering the true story and helping to shape it. That is what brings her out of bed in the morning and that is her mission. She does not like to be in the spotlight and mainly listens to what is said and not said. But when she does take the floor, she hits the mark.
