This question was at the basis of Kleur Bekennen, a model born out of years of experience in organisational development and strategic renewal.

The founder of Kleur Bekennen, Rachelle van der Linden, realised how many organisations have difficulty finding a clear identity in an increasingly complex playing field. While one organization gets bogged down in bureaucracy, another jumps on trends too quickly. What is missing is a compass – a way to give direction to innovation without compromising the essence of the organization.

By combining insights from marketing, technology, sociology, systemic work and organisational science, a model has been created that helps companies discover and harness their unique colour. The result is a practical and powerful framework that allows organisations to make pure, strategic choices based on their true identity.

Kleur Bekennen distinguishes four archetypal roles/colours – Inspirator, Guide, Facilitator and Servicer – that help organisations understand how to create value and position themselves in a dynamic world. Every organisation has all the roles/colours within it, but there is one that fits, that carries the core and that provides togetherness and pride.
